"I lived in Summit for 40 years and only stayed here after moving away. This is a charming converted multi-story home, very old-school in its bones, but updated for wifi, chargers, etc. Nicely appointed, two quiet blocks from downtown Summit. Real staff on site--not a tie-line to some national headquarters. Staff goes home at 6 but is close by and available by phone if needed. "The room was great. The owner apologized for being late even though I was early. Also I had a nose bleed on my part and he made sure I was ok. I enjoyed my stay it was peaceful. All I ask is just change the shower head!!! Lol... But my stay was overall great "
