"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Very friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Perfect location. 10 minute walk to both train and bus terminals. Close to all city attractions by foot. Local train stops also cloae by vut very easy to walk to everything. Nice clean and tidy room with soft mattress and pillows. Black out shades block not only sun but street noise. Great rooftop bar with view of skyline. Definitely recommend and hope to return again soon. Thank you. "

"This is the only place I'll stay in NYC (after trying many hotels throughout the city). The location is on block away from the subway, there's a terrific restaurant connected to the hotel plus other wonderful restaurants, the service and staff are attentive, the rooms are perfectly clean every time, the rooms are very large (for a deluxe room), and it's a short walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park, the Metropolitan and American History Museums. "
