"The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given."

" If this is the place that you stay if you have no other choice and you need to take a nap, but i would t recommend more then 24 hours at this place, bathrooms is broken . And ugly and some of the rooms will give you an ironing board with no iron."

"We had a really comfortable stay here. The recently renovated section we were in felt fresh, modern, and well put together. It made a difference straight away. What stood out most was how well it works for families. The two-bedroom unit with a small kitchenette was ideal, and the pullout couch meant everyone had their own space without feeling cramped. "RUN FORREST, RUN!!!. Do not stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, and after calling three times for housekeeping, no one came to clean it. We were then told we would have to wait until the next day. Instead, they sent us back to the room with wipes so we could clean it ourselves. Breakfast was basically a snack, the hallway had a strange smell, and while we were out for our event, it appeared housekeeping went through our bags. Definitely not a place I would recommend."
