"Once again, next to the ice machine and the elevator. Is this a given with an Expedia booking? A pack of tweens had the ice machine going from nonstop from 9-11 p.m.. That along with the hotel’s construction noise almost made the spaciousness of the room irrelevant."

"Breakfast was not very good. Eggs were over cooked and they only had one type of bread for toast. Service was also slow and seemed confused because we had to repeat ourselves a couple types on what we wanted to order. "

"I rented this hotel for my wedding day, and the experience was terrible. The room was so dirty that I had to order cleaning supplies through DoorDash and clean it myself. There was also no housekeeping staff available. The room was filthy, and I had members of my wedding party stay there as well because it was close to the Maggiano's Little Italy where we were having the wedding. They told me they found what appeared to be bedbug stains on the bed. This hotel should be shut down. It was disgusting, dirty, and has no business charging people money for conditions like this. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, this hotel ruined my wedding day."

"The hotel is a tribute to DC architecture. The staff is very accommodating. Free coffee 24 hours a day a huge perk. Safe building. Walk to everything you need. Staff recommended great places to eat. Quiet nights. 24/hr staff service. National Guard walks the neighborhood so you can walk safely at all hours. Highly recommend this place"

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."

"Comfortable room but no desk or table at which to sit and write; pillows too large, puffy, overstuffed. What is with the tendency of hotels to have massive impractical pillows? Otherwise, very helpful staff, good location, clean property."
