"I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Palmer's Lodge. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional.
The reception team was so welcoming and patient—when I accidentally locked myself out of my room three times, they kindly unlocked the door for me every single time with a smile! Also, when there was a minor issue with a flooded floor in the laundry room, a male staff member responded immediately and made it sparkling clean in no time.

"We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...
