"Was concerned after reading the trip advisor reviews about this hotel, which I found after the booking. No cancellation policy meant we were stuck here. To my pleasant surprise when we checked in the rooms were clean and spacious. Mattresses were a bit cheapy so can feel the springs, they should've bought them from Gables Beds as those mattresses are super compfy. We had 3 rooms and no complaints from any of the 6 guests."

"Cute hotel that has a BnB vibe, very close to train station. It was a hot weekend and the staff there went out of their way to provide a fan for the room. Breakfast was great and the garden spaces is quaint. Very convenient to Oxford city center and university area. Bathrooms were shared but there was a WC and shower on each floor shared between 3 rooms."

"The welcome was very friendly as was the Service. The room was sizeable with plenty of space and some nice unique decor. There were a couple of areas that need a little maintenance and just a dab of paint to tidy up here and there. Location was ideal for us although it is located next to a fairly busy road if road traffic is something that annoys you. Overall, for us, it was a pleasant stay for what we were looking for."

"Exceeded my expectations, beautiful house and room (Harry) clean, bright, and spacious with very pretty furniture. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. "This is an historic bed and breakfast in a little village not far from Heathrow. The host was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed a good meal at the The Five Bells pub. Fascinating history of the little town of Harmondsworth, a town that unfortunately may be demolished if the Heathrow expansion is approved."

"We stayed for two nights in a premium room. It was a lovely room, clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
