"One from desk clerk was really condescending. He is hanging on to the tiny man bun fad. It's a horrible look and he walks around like he's the king of the world. He needs to be reminded that he works at a hotel."

"Absolutely amazing staff from check in. Till check out. The hot tub in room was great after the BTS concert. Fire place was nice ambiance. The kitchen fully stocked. Washer and dryer was great. Rain shower head was nice after long days out. You couldn't use shuttles that are scheduled, we had car so we didn't use but great for those who may need. "I'm a bit of a germaphobe but felt completely at ease here. All of the staff that I interacted with were kind, courteous, and helpful. The bed was so comfortable that I'm wondering if I can buy that mattress in a twin."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I called to ask if they as complimentary ev car charging and I was told yes, when i arrived they do have ev charging but it’s not complimentary and i made car decisions based on this info. The hotel staff was great but o was misinformed."
