"Check in was easy and the staff were amazing during my entire stay. I stayed in a single room, the room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out and had a decent sized bathroom. Couple of things to note: Room was on the third floor, there is no elevator. Not too much of a problem as the stairs are not steep or narrow. (The Indian restaurant staff was very friendly as well, but it was Valentine's Day and we had not made a reservation, so we went to the pub.) We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there! "A real gem! We booked it last minute after a disaster with our first hotel. We walked in and immediately felt welcomed. It has a lovely feel, smells gorgeous and the spa is stunning. Food in the restaurant was delicious and staff are friendly. It was a nice treat for my birthday. We’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you 🤗"
