"The room was kept cool by air conditioner. Nothing special for food and accomodations."

"We have always been able to depend upon Hampton Inns for excellence...until now! The property is rundown; needed paint; carpet was filthy and left our feet and shoes black on the bottoms; sheets did not fit the bed; breakfasts were not up to what we had come to expect based upon other Hampton Inns; corners of room and bath were dirty. Someone had knocked a hole in the closet door which had been very poorly repaired and left unpainted. We were very disappointed in this hotel in Lubbock, TX."

"I reserved a double bed that I paid for and was charged for it and they had me in a single bed room. Was kinda disappointed and felt unseen."

"Flies in the room and restroom. Fungus smell all throughout. Mold or mildew in the tub. You get what you pay for. We only slept there for 5 hrs."

"The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue."

"The front desk personnel were good, though once were not there when a incoming visitor was there and asked who was in the front desk, it didn’t happen to me, I just happened to be watching tv when visitors arrived."

"The room was clean and well maintained, and the overall stay was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options, which was definitely a highlight. The only downside was the shower head, which didn’t work very well and could use an upgrade. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again."
