"Only hotel in the world advertising toilet paper as an amenity you guessed it, no TP. Didn’t like that they stick you with 18% at the bar even if there’s only two! The reason? It’s a club. I guess the members are cheap. I missed the parking ordeal but I saw some madness. But overall great and I’ll be back without a car and will steer clear of the bar."

"Third-party charging for parking... and mandatory entertainment fee .. This hotel is going downhill real quick. It's sad because I recommended it to many people for the last couple of years. But now they're running their little scams. Sad."

"I needed an affordable room to stay in for a college trip. Steam Plant Hotel was a good choice for us. It was cold outside but nice and warm in the shower and room. The rooms were insulated so you had privacy. Thank you for a great stay here. I felt safe here. I would stay again if i came back to Spokane."

"Drove through parking lot, hotel did not appear as pictured. Concrete in parking crumbled, no grass sitting area. Parking garage under building not as pictured. Homeless people sleeping right behind hotel and in parking lot. Did not bother checking in felt it was unsafe. "

"2 night stay. Loved the Motel and the Staff was incredible. What was HORRIBLE was the parking situation. Arrived in the evening and circled the downtown area for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and I had arranged for Valet Parking. There is just NO ONE out front to maneuver all the illegal parked cars.... every time we left to see friends/family we had to deal with this really cancer issue for this institution. Fix this we'll be back. Not planning on Returning. Too many other options... the...

"We loved the lounge area in the lobby. Enjoyed a glass of wine and appetizers by the fireplace. Awesome!"

"Very clean. Shower was roomy tile on bottom needed alittle attention but over all nice"

"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "
