"The staff at this location were friendly, kind and very informative. They had great customer service skills. The room was very clean, parking was great and every guest that used the pool have a great time. We came to this location to attend the Fireworks show across the St. Johns river. The staff gave us great positive feedback on where to go. We had a great time and a great stay. We will definitely come back to this location."

"Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

"Everything was great and the staff was amazing gold 5 stars all around the only issue I had was that after coming back from going out trying to get into my room my key cards kept locking me out and I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate them the staff were super friendly and helpful and got it working everytime though"
