"The accessible room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend using a mobility scooter and using the shuttle was so convenient. We loved the fruit infused water, free drink and complimentary coffee. The only small suggestion would be to add a few additional hot options to the continental breakfast. We always stay at the Element when attending concerts at Prudential and will continue to do so because it's a wonderful hotel! "

"The room was clean and the AC was amazing! My only concern was the house keeping staff were talking too loud in the early morning and had their cleaning cart parked close outside my doorway so I heard them a few hours before my alarm was set to go off and the cart was still there after I left the room. Otherwise my stay was fantastic! "

"The hotel was great. Rooms were nice, staff was nice, breakfast was pretty good and there was a nice pool with a skylight. We walked to a really nice diner and there were about 5 other restaurants near by. Parking right on property although you have to pay for it. "
