"Great location"

"V disappointing stay. Booked a superior room, which looked very nice on Expedia. Unfortunately our room looked nothing like the pictures online, the decor was very tired especially the bathroom which had paint flaking off the walls. Further, the room was very hot and with the need to open windows, very noisy due to the road in front of the hotel. We were offered another room which was on a higher floor but still had the same issues. Be very careful booking this hotel. Pictures are...

"Very comfortable with a home-from-home feel. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast range was excellent. The room was a good size with good facilities."

"Everything about this property was perfect. Lovely clean room with modern power shower beautifully tiled. Lots of little extras such as luxury soap, shower gel, body lotion. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets and a small bottle of milk each day, not to mention the little chocolates and hot chocolate and biscuits. A small fridge with ice box in the room and of course a kettle. They just enjoyed adding those extra touches which make all the difference. The outdoor pool and sunbeds were perfect...

"Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday."

"Really lovely place. Breakfast was a little odd - a Full English was listed alongside a smaller version. We ordered the Full English and got 1 of everything, which begs the question of how small a small breakfast could be. Otherwise a lovely stay, and will come back (asking for an extra sausage though...)."
