"Staff always available. Really helpful and very kind all of them. Kitchen really good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price is really good for all the service. If you know hotel Formule 1 in France, this is exactly one of them, but with people in the reception."

"Very friend staff. I stayed in room 12 which was lovely and clean. No stains on carpets or walls. Clean toilet and shower. Free tea, coffee and biscuits in room. Bed sheets where clean, even a litte chocolates on the pillows. No horrible smells in the room, and a good size tv. Amazing for the price. I would definitely recommend. Close to livingston centre, and st Johns hospital."

"This little gem of a hotel is tucked into a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food at the on site restaurant was amazing, the locals in the bar were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. There was a large parking lot and local trails for walking. We got our laundry done for a very reasonable price, left folded/hung in our room. Highly recommend! "
