"Hotel is fine for the price incl. a good breakfast buffet and parking. East to get to a P&R with charging and take the bus into Edinburgh. The hotel bar in the evening was not too wide a choice and when it got difficult to make a cocktail they stopped serving cocktails and only offered easy serves."

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"This was the best place we have ever stayed. One of the owners of this converted bank building greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. The room and property were top notch. The location is amazing. There is so much to see here. Literally in direct sight of the Linlithgow Palace and church. An absolute dream of a place to stay. We cannot wait to come back! "This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "

"Clean room and breakfast"

"We spent one night on our way to the airport. Two things to note: the hotel is right beside a very busy train track. If you are a light sleeper, then you should absolutely bring earplugs. Secondly, it costs 15 pounds to park overnight as the car park is privately operated. It's the first time I experience that, and given the price we paid for the hotel for one night I found it usurious. It is also not disclosed until after you book."

"滞在3日目になりますが、部屋の掃除をしていない。 滞在2日目には、部屋の清掃をお願いするタグをドアに掛け午前８時前に外出し、午後６時過ぎに帰って来ましたが、部屋掃除のタグがドアに掛かっていたので、掃除をしていない事も想定し部屋に入ったら、ゴミもそのままで別途メーク無し、タオルの交換無しでした。 結局部屋に入らない、何の意味が部屋の掃除のタグに有るんですか❓ 今回はイギリスの e-VISA申請に不備が有り、日程変更しましたが。 日本のオペレータからその旨、変更可能か確認して頂きましたが、NGでした。 予約時に予約キャンセルの場合には返金なしを選択の為、この件に対しては納得出来ましたが、部屋の掃除をしない事は違うと考えます。"
