The room was very spacious and clean, as were the grounds. Please note this property is on a VERY steep incline and it was a bit difficult to walk around. The views were amazing and the staff were all very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Great view from our room. Staff very friendly , nice pool area, great poolside bar and restaurant. Food reasonably priced and very good. Bed very comfortable, large room. Lots of stairs!! There was elevator in our wing. I gave 4 stars because even though floor looked clean it was filthy! Our feet turned black walking on it!! Also we were on first floor so view was great except for having to see parked cars so close. Also, along with great views you’re not able to walk anywhere. You have to take taxis everywhere and they are very expensive and everyone charges different rates. One would charge us $16.00 for a trip and the next one wanted 22.00 for same trip!!

Unfortunately, our stay started off extremely poorly. Upon arrival, the front desk told us they could not find our reservation and claimed that Expedia never transferred it to them. This was especially frustrating given that it was the night before New Year’s Eve and we had just completed a 13-hour overnight red-eye flight. After a long back-and-forth between Expedia and the hotel, they eventually found us a room—but it was not the room we booked. We had reserved a villa with a view and a kitchen; instead, we were placed in a much smaller room with no view and no kitchen. Expedia attempted to relocate us to another property, but it was significantly worse than where we already were, leaving us stuck. The overall experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. They were rude, unhelpful, and lacked any sense of urgency or empathy given the situation. Between the reservation issues, the downgrade in accommodations, and the poor customer service, I would not recommend this property, especially if you are booking during a busy travel period.

Property was a bit old and dated. In addition, no communication about no daily maid service, when I asked they said too late you needed to take care of that at check in. Well good to know, we will never stay here again…amazing how dollars march away over time.

Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very good. Loved the spicy shrimp taco's and the blackened salmon.
