Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. "It’s an average hotel. The breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedding — there were no proper duvet covers, just a thin sheet between you and the duvet, which felt a bit uncomfortable. I wish they would use proper covers for the duvets."

"Mr. Dario was extremely accommodating. He was so kind and hospitable towards me and my group. He took the time to really make sure we knew the city well with great recommendations. He was kind enough to ensure we had enough water, offered to book us a taxi, and let us leave our luggage with him after check out so we can explore more. The room itself was nice and it is in great walking distance towards iconic sights. If I ever came back to Florence I would certainly re-book a stay at Guest House...

"We stayed in the annex building, which is just around the corner from the main hotel. It is in an old building, which has been updated to modern standards without losing its charm. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was completely refitted and functional. There is a small elevator, if you dont want to take the stairs. The loggia is very well located, just a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Our room was very quiet, at night we couldnt hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend...
