"I found the hotel adequate for myself and brother. The restaurant was only operational at breakfast and in the room there was tea or coffee making facilities but no biscuits. There was a good flat screen tv in the room. I did not hire a car but there is reasonable car parking space."

"This is an ex Ramanda Encore Hotel and it was better then! The hotel is well overdue complete refurbishment and us very tired and not close being worth what is charged for it. The lift is slow and rattles, the staff are slow to respond to requests. One plus that saved it from disaster was exceptionally effective air condition in the room! Parking also a fair price."

"We booked a hotel rather than a just an apartment or room as we were expecting a serviced hotel as a treat and paid accordingly. There is no reception, no bar and no catering other than at the neighbouring property, just a 4 digit number supposedly to open the front door and room, it didn’t allow access to the room, which caused some anxiety. "Property rooms, ours was small and hot. No air con. Bed ok. Bathroom ok. Furnishings need up dating. Wifi and tv difficult to use. Public rooms a little tired. Breakfast adaquate. Booked through Expedia b and b, told we only had room rate, eventually sorted. A little embarrasing. Hotel ideally situated for beeches. Short walk to amenities. Parking available at £10.00 per day."

Came while we were in the room and said she'll be back later, so we left to give space but came back to find no one ever came back... staff was friendly enough, maybe more communication would be nicer. "Serious group system issue meant my confirmed booking was not received at the hotel and I had to find somewhere else. Arrived at 6pm. Several people waiting to check in. One person on reception. No booking for me, despite messages from the hotel. Over an hour and a half later confirmed there would be no room for me. I asked to pay for a room. Offered a room in the sister East Cliff hotel which was hot and grotty. Will avoid the OYO name in future."

The room was large, once we found the second room attached the booking half way through our trip. The bathroom was lackluster and there were not enough supplies for not having room sercive available (i.e. toilet paper, body wash). "I liked staying at this hotel. Excellent location. Easy access to Bournemouth Beach and Pier. Comfortable room. Nice Bar and Garden. A/C and pool were lifesavers on some of the UK’s hottest days this summer. The room carpets need to be better cleaned. The things that have not yet been remodelled are a bit run down.
