"Hotel definitely needs to be refurbished. Certain areas more than others. Not the cleanest hotel but Staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant/bar in hotel which is convenient. Personally I thought $30 a day for valet parking for guests was ridiculously expensive considering they’re parking your car in the same parking deck as self parking and it’s less expensive and around the corner from the hotel."

She didn’t acknowledge us or even look at us. She only asked for the deposit and handed me the room key without lifting her eyes toward us. "Our bathroom had a loose tile right in front of the toilet. Our TV was but connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch anything but network channels. And when I asked for help, the person at the front desk said she didn’t know how to do that and the tech guy left for the day"

"One thing that needs to be clean is the window trim it was very dusty. View was great. Pool look nice but didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or bar/restaurant. Check in/out was very easy. Rooms were a nice size."
