"I enjoy my stay everytime I’m here"

"Excellent customer throughout my stay. Charnice at check in was very polite and informative and continued to follow up with me throughout my stay. All of the front desk personnel were also very polite. My room was clean and housekeeping was great. My only recommendation would be to include the breakfast buffet with the room charge. The quality of the breakfast is a step higher than you would find at other free breakfast hotels but I'm not sure if it's worth the $15. Other than that, no complaints."

"We are loyal Hampton Inn guests with a long record of excellent stays. This was our worst by far. We arrived 90 minutes early because my 80+ year-old mother (multiple stroke survivor, wheelchair-bound, severe stamina issues) was in visible distress and needed to lie down immediately. I explained the medical emergency to the front desk clerk (a Black woman) and requested early check-in. She coldly refused, saying “Check-in is at 4pm” and “I ain’t got nothing until 3pm,” then walked away. When I asked if there was anywhere my mother could rest, she said “no.” I pleaded, offering to pay for early check-in and stressing my mother’s condition. She showed complete indifference. Moments later I watched her promptly check in two Black families and hand them room keys. The racial disparity was obvious—we were being discriminated against. I immediately called Hampton Inn Corporate. Five minutes later the clerk received a call, looked directly at me, and suddenly announced our room was ready. Room 220 was not a Handicap room. It had clearly been cleaned hours earlier and was available the whole time. The bathroom was inaccessible—my mother found the toilet difficult and dangerous and could not shower. There was never any hot or warm water. The room’s location made access extremely difficult. From our handicapped parking spot we had to travel to the distant rear elevator and back. At night the facility locks down, rendering stairwells and rear entrance unusable. Worst Hampton Experi"

"Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded. I sat in a hallway for four hours waiting for help that never came. I finally left at 9 pm and had to pay for a hotel that was outside my budget. This is a soulless venture capitalist tech rental pretending to be hospitality. No accountability. No service. Do not rent here."

"I arrived to check in at the Tucker, Georgia location after booking through Expedia and had an awful experience. The lady at the counter named Kelly instantly became frustrated when she realized my booking was through Expedia. She pulled up my booking and I paid the $2 administration fee. She then proceeded to tell me that the virtual card being sent over from Expedia was declining and I needed to call Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and was told that Motel 6 needed to contact the vendor to re-issue a new virtual card. Kelly refused to contact the vendor stating that she can’t call anyone. I then called the vendor services number myself and was unable to reach the hotel vendor customer service option so I called Expedia back. The hotel themselves contacted Motel 6 and spoke with Kelly requesting for her to contact the vendor to receive a new virtual card and she refused. Expedia then contacted the vendor and connected me with someone from vendor services who stated that Kelly was over charging the virtual card which was causing it to decline. They contacted Kelly themselves and asked her to retry the virtual card and they provided her with the correct amount and she refused and disconnected the call. I was then booked another room somewhere else by Expedia. Long story short, MOTEL 6 needs to hire people that wants to work because Kelly does not want to do her job! This was a BIG inconvenience for me and my husband and I will be requesting compensation!"

"Parking can be tight, or you will have to walk a building down. It’s manageable"

"Room was clean and enough sun connections. The staff was friendly and breakfast decent. Waffles, cereal, breads, yogurt coffee and tea. It was in a safe convenient area and close to some shops and restaurants."
