"2 night stay in the 2 room suite for our trip in for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. 5 star experience from check in to check out. On had the hotel shuttle service take us to Rice Village to check out the shops and grab some dinner. It was so convenient and when we were ready a quick text to the hotel shuttle to pick us back up and return to the hotel. We had a cold snap so no pool time for our trip but the pool area was clean and inviting. We tested out the bartender's skills at the plum sky bar on thr 13th floor and he did not disappoint! Perfect stay close to NRG for our concert event and we used Omega Royal Transportation for our car service from the hotel to NRG and back, which was flawless! (Highly recommend their car services!) Perfect quick get away- we will definitely be back!"

"Got to the hotel checked in went to our room just to find it has roaches by the bedding on the kitchen, ACs heaters were not working properly. TV screens were just blue and woke up at 4 AM to our room being flooded with water as well as the hallway horrible. I’ve asked the hotel to give me a refund and they have not replied."

"All was good but we’re so disappointed the pool was closed down. Will likely not stay again due to that. We have small children and it’s a must for us when we travel."

"Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."
