"They didn't have any breakfast options. There was a restaurant next door but never any people in there. Really need to change that on the listing about offering breakfast. We wanted to change rooms because we had very inappropriate noisy neighbors, that can in for one night just to party. There were clearly open unused room but we were told they were booked and couldn't change room. Our two children couldn't sleep with the noise and gun shots on the streets outside. Rooms outdated. "I’ll take the hit for not better preparing myself for the terrible parking situation. For those that haven’t been in downtown San Francisco in a while it’s as disgusting and urine filled as ever. I wasn’t excited about the $40 tourism charge upon check-in even though I had prepaid on Expedia. And the staff said that it was a $20 overnight parking fee…… It was over double that…… the room was clean for the most part except underneath the bed was absolutely disgusting, and I only knew about that...
