"Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions"

"It is newly renovated; however it was done in a sloppy manner. The door handles were all loose, there were no bulbs in the side lamps I. The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. It’s a lovely place, with good amenities but...

"We did not get a code for check in and the phone number shown on the booking wasn’t working. We had trouble contacting the owner and had to find a way to contact them via different website. We ended up booking a different hotel and wasted 3hours outside the building. "

"Check in was hard work. Their communication with access to the property was none existent and we had to contact them via the booking agent as their details were incorrect. No one to speak with until the end when we were charged for damages to a sofa bed that wasn’t even used. Would advise you check everything and report anything you find as soon as you check in."

"We booked many months ago for 8 people. As we landed into wales we received a call saying the apartment was double booked. After much distress and negotiation we managed to get in the property. There were only 5 knives and forks, no utensils. Few glasses and not well equiped at all. Two beds had collapsed bases which couldn't be used, the sofa bed was single and in very poor condition. "The property host CANCELLED 24hrs beforehand! This left my 18 year old daughter and her friend without accommodation at the last minute. They claimed that due to ‘unforeseen’ maintenance they had to cancel! This left us in a panic as accommodation was minimal not to mention pricey as there was a concert on at the Stadium (which is what the girls were going for)! Not to mention the fact they were travelling from Glasgow!"

"This apartment had great space and really useful cooking facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine in such a small apartment were useful for a longer stay, although we didn't use the later for our 3 night break. It's really convenient for the City centre and even closer to the Millennium Stadium, although I bet prices for major events there are much higher. Cardiff is a great city and certainly cheaper than Lincoln where we live. Strongly recommend a visit. "
