"First room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. Also the counter in the kitchen was delaminating.
The next room had nicotine stains all over the ceiling above the bathtub. Also the bathtub drain was completely plugged, and the staff had no Drano to clear the clog. And the tub faucet was almost falling off, and didn’t turn off completely (drip, drip, drip into the standing water left in the tub).
The TV had only cable — no streaming options (e.g., Netflix, HBO Max, etc.), so you couldn’t even log...

"I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case.
I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. "Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful.
Room was just ok.
Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor.
Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."
