"We have stayed here several times in the past but this stay was very disappointing. The shower drain was not working well. Called twice and it did not get fixed after being told that it will be taken care of. The room did not get cleaned and beds made even after requesting. The window drapes are rather sheer and not keeping the light out. A mini microwave would be a good addition as the room is a suite."

"My heart sank a little when we pulled up to this hotel and saw how run down it looked compared to the other beautiful properties on the Vegas Strip. We had just finished an amazing desert road trip across Arizona, Utah, and Nevada and wanted to finish our trip in Vegas to see the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere.

"The hotel is great. Easy walk to Wynn and Encore and directly across the street from the mall access.
Just be aware that if you get Amazon packages delivered to the hotel they charge a $50 signing fee. That was not told to me when I called to inquire about package delivery."

"Great location if you’re going to the Sphere, you can walk across the parking lot to it. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was basically an apartment. The beds were uncomfortable, but otherwise it was a nice place. Enjoyed the pool right outside our door, but the hot tub was out of service. I specifically asked for a ground floor unit as there is not an elevator, but was booked into a 3rd floor unit. They said that they had this noted in their special instructions, but for some reason it was ignored...
