Little neighborhood pub on the ground floor (excellent food, BTW), quirky little hallway up the winding staircase to our room. Clean, super hot water, tea in room. I was extremely bummed to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Also easy walk from the train station!"

"Staff were exceptionally accomodating. Answered all of our questions about the area. Conveniently located, short walk to Pimlico Tube station and reasonable walk to Victoria station. Walking distance to all the major attractions in Westminister. Room was small, as expected in London. The coffee and pastries in the morning were a bonus. Absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel or staff."

"Check in worked ok with instructions sent via WhatsApp. Room as per pictures although not “newly refurbished” as implied by the host. Very good location, close to Kings Cross station but the street noise was a problem and didn’t stop all night. I didn’t manage to sleep at all on the first night we stayed. Kitchen facilities meant we could make breakfast but very small area to cook and dine for a family group. No washing up liquid provided. It was sufficient but we wouldn’t revisit."
