"Clean room. Staff very helpful when I asked to change room from top floor to lower floor. Affordable price for the area. Only negative was no AC in the heat of the summer, but you can open the window and use the fan in the room to make it tolerable during the day."

"Heel fijn verblijf gehad bij de Fitzrovia belle. Het ontbijt in de ochtend was goed en lekker. De kok onthield onze voorkeuren, dat was extra attent. Mijn dochter vergat haar portemonnee op de kamer. Deze hebben ze kosteloos verstuurd naar Nederland. Zeer tevreden dus!"

"The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room. I was not happy. My room might have been an exception, to be fair."

Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person.
