"We had an excellent stay, it was nice and clean. The location was amazing. The service had some slight hiccups with communication but overall very good and helpful when needed. It did get warm in the room at times because the AC couldn’t stay at a certain temperature consistently, but not to a point where it was uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend and would come back if we ever visit Boston again."

"It was very convenient as it was close to Northeastern University. Also, the room had an open feel and was comfortable."

" It was very important that I called a week ahead to pay for parking and to make sure a lockbox was ready for us when we arrived after midnight when no one was at the main desk. I had to call again before we got on the plane for our lock box code. It was close to the subway entrance. The pool was in a different building and it was closed for maintenance. The main reason I picked this location was the pool for our son, he was very disappointed."

"Overall a great stay! We were in a Cortes Street property, which was a plus and minus. Plus: beautiful area, close to public transit, reasonably priced, cool old building. Minus: old building that is slanted all over the place inside (the stairs slant one way, the room a different way), closed windows weren’t actually closed due to the old frames, and the rooms are dominated by the large bed, which while very comfortable, in our room prevented the bathroom from opening all the way, giving you...

"This place is very unique i love the small room we stayed in we were in just a standard room and it was the perfect size for the 2 of us! We stayed 2 nights never once worried about anything felt very safe and secure. The building is opened with codes provided which makes everything very smooth. Virtual check in was very easy and seemless. Parking on the other hand was a bit challenging but we found a parking garage right by the Berklee police station a block away from the hotel the fellas...
