"Das ganze Hotel, vom Empfangsbereich über die Fahrstühle, die Gänge bis ins Zimmer, war in einem Top-Zustand und äußerst gepflegt. Mit der Nähe zur Ōtsuka Station perfekt an den Nahverkehr angeschlossen und gut als Tourist erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sowohl bei dem Verstauen der Koffer bei frühzeitiger Ankunft als auch bei der Aktivitätsplanung geholfen."

"The kitchen was well-equipped making it easy to cook as well as there are many restaurant and convenience stores within walking distance. However, a major downside was the condition of the room, which felt dusty and not very clean. We have told the reception but there is not much changes until the end of our stay. This definitely had affected us regarding the overall comfort of the stay."

"The room was clean and tidy. Quick responses from the team. Only issue was that we weren’t provided with any water for the first day and the sponge was also used. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay and were close to metros and convenience stores."

"This aparthotel is located in the very quiet mostly residential neighborhood very near to the Kita-Ikebukero station, which is just one stop away from the major Ikebukero station. So we found the location quite convenient to go to Ikebukero, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Nearby Lawson, cafe, soba, etc. Seems extremely safe.
