"Location was great for what we wanted. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was a decent size. Looking out into a busy road was entertaining but, as expected, quite noisy at times. Walking distance to shops and great dining precinct was the overall win for us. Cleanliness could be improved as too tired furniture, including one of the beds, very worn carpet and a second fridge because one wasn’t fully working… I’m glad I got a good deal on price."

"We were very disappointed with our stay.
Firstly, the apartment itself was not as clean as we expected, which was disappointing from the beginning.
Secondly, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the swimming pool. We travelled from Melbourne, and one of the main reasons I chose this accommodation was because it had a swimming pool for our children to enjoy during our stay.
Unfortunately, on both Friday and Saturday, our children were unable to use the pool because it was dirty...

"It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful.
Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day.
No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi.
Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends."
