"Everything was pretty good, and the breakfast was excellent. The only issue was that the room we stayed in on the second floor at the very end of the hallway constantly smelled like chlorine from the pool. That was one thing I didn’t like. Other than that, I would recommend this place — just not the last room on the second floor."

"We stayed as a group of eight, and the experience was fantastic. The lake view, especially in the evening, was beautiful and made for a perfect backdrop. We had a fun barbecue and found the staff to be genuinely helpful and welcoming. Overall, it gave us a peaceful and memorable time, and we’d absolutely recommend it."

"Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We received a complimentary upgrade which was lovely for our simple night away. Property is older but decently cared for. We felt comfortable and safe. Enjoyed free mini golf in parksville too! This was a surprise. Would stay here again. "

"Front desk staff, housekeeping staff member were excellent and helpful. There were a couple items that were not in the family villa (Kleenex, which was promptly provided from the front desk and kettle, which we did not end up requesting for one). Unfortunately, the wifi connection was not working very well and although it was addressed and assistance was provided, the connection remained weak. Beds were comfortable and the space sufficient for a short stay. Bay view was lovely. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! The resort is in the beach with a beautiful boardwalk along the shoreline. The on-site restaurant had delicious food. Ideally located making it a quick drive to other sites and activities. Walkout room was perfect for teens to go off and have fun!"

"The breakfast has limited choice, no meats. Only muffins, eggs and breads and oatmeal provided. The boiled eggs and the scrambled eggs were cold even they put above the heat. The bathroom vent was noisy at night . Others than that, bed is comfortable. "

"We just stayed for one night, but check in/out was seamless, lots of parking in the garage, the room was very clean. We loved the black out blinds. Definitely would stay again."
