"The staff at the front desk didn't give much information on amenities. My friend purchased w sodas and candy and they fussed about using a card and said they couldn't print a receipt because it would have been everyone's transaction. So felt they were new and didn't know how to print the receipt. There was no pool. I felt it was nice and clean. Staff was friendly, except for the above issue."

"Constant flights flying overhead and a fire alarm that constantly goes off. Parking was often difficult."

"We never made breakfast but the Waffle House in the same parking lot is 24-hour! Perfect for late night people."

"I guess I caught them in a transitional period. There was a lot of construction going on and the hallways had a bit of debris on the carpets. They've installed cook tops, kitchen style cabinets and a larger refrigerator in the rooms although at the expense of closet space, a desk and somewhere to put your luggage. And maybe it's going to change but the cabinets are empty as in no plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, etc so.... That said it's the best priced of the nice hotels close to the airport and has a shuttle service."

"The room had a kitchenette and full size fridge. The bathroom had the cloths closet in it. The front staff was helpful and quick to respond. Had to walk down a hill to get to a gas station and restraunt nearby. They have a badass irish pub. Has 4 to 5 star food. Had a live band playing. Other then that, pretty good experience overall."

"Clean modern rooms, nice lobby, friendly stands, hot breakfast with lots of options, plenty of free parking, close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry with direct driving route less than 15 minutes. "
