"Room was clean, but had a slight pet odor to it. The staff was professional and friendly and the check-in was a breeze. The continental breakfast was quite good and well maintained. This hotel allows pets. There may have been a special dog hotel promotion or some type of dog competition going on because there were a lot of dogs on the premises while we there."

"Positives: the room was very clean and the bed itself was comfortable. The couch was also comfortable and the sitting room was a good size. The shower temperature was able to get very hot and controlled well. Negatives: the pillows they have are the small square pillows that don't give any support. Normally, I can just ask for an extra and it's fine. Well, I couldn't do that at first because there was no phone in my room. When I got to the front desk, the poor gentleman was clearly frustrated...

"The room was extremely clean, nothing out of place. The staff was delightful! Very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to find laundry detergent at the front desk shop. The breakfast spread is very tasty as well, the kids loved the make your own waffles station. There was a nice spread of fruits, cereal, sausage, eggs, homestykle bkfst potatos, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and juice. My personal favorite was the sausage and potatoes, I wasn't expecting it to be that flavourful and well...
