There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. "

"There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...

"Everything thing here costs a fortune. $5 for a cup of coffee really. The menu reminds me of one of these trendy bars where you go. Then stop at a fast food place because you're still hungry. And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles. "The employees were extremely nice but the hallway reeked of marijuana constantly, the room was so dirty with holes in the bedding and I was pretty upset when my slippers had black all over them because of the dirt and I had a few bugs in the bathroom!! Will not stay again but I guess I got what I paid for."

Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used).
