"Our villa was very nice. The customer service needs work. They tried to bill me for using the towel to remove my lipstick. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was very slow and always closed early. I will not choose them for my next visit"
