"Staff member Leigha was amazing. We had an ac leak flood our first room. She got us moved and had a bad mag lock and she moved us one more time to a really great room and all thanks to her. She’s amazing and would work with her again!"

"I did not like that we bought food for our trip and got to the hotel late and put all our refrigerated food in the refigerator and all was wasted due to the fridge not working and was told I would be compensated for the food and was not. Besides that, all was good."

"Loved the laundry room. Did not like being there for 4 nights with no housekeeping. Had to request towels every day for the room and clean the room myself. Hotel offers breakfast but the staff did not keep the area clean for my liking. When I arrived social hour was going on, area not clean, counter was sticky. This is a turn off when you wake up to enjoy the breakfast. Came across several people with dogs, But I can say I never smelled the dogs or had to take my allergy meds...

"Room that was booked was not available. Given a room directly above the loading dock. Woken up every morning at 6:00 by truck unloading and by someone cutting grass or using blower. Hotel is nice, but is certainly outdated and not worth the 700 dollars a night I paid for the room. Parking is also terrible and without enough spaces available for the number of residents unless you want to use valet or take a shuttle."

New bath towels and supplies ,new bed linen new mattresses and mattress pads. Close to shopping and resturants. Just a few minutes to beach by car."
