"First time here and I feel they need to address some people in the check in process the girl who works at the front desk was not welcoming.. I really wish I knew her name, light skin and had black hair with ponytail! She need to work on her customer service. Then we we asked front desk to put in a request for rooms to be cleaned just mainly bed.. I already put towels in a pile for them and trash in one space… but for us to come to the beds just thrown together is crazy!!! I wanted to to come...

"Room was not clean, staff rude, saw a raccoon late in the night eating garbage. Place is not maintained at all indoor private jacuzzi spitting out black gunk. Carpet smelled terrible and made the entire room smell. Not sure how it has a rating of 8"

"The reviews of this place are incredibly polarizing. Some people think it is the worst place they have ever seen. Others think of it as a twee little time capsule, an example of the pocono mountains in their former glory. The truth is a bit in between, though it is, in cat the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I am a sucker for cheap motels) You can see evidence of its former glory. It seems kinda clean, but it is very run down. Whoever runs this place has done a number of shoddy repairs....

"We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. We Loved the owners Mark and Carol!...
