"Check in was quick and easy. We were provided with a comprehensive list of things to do and places to eat in the area. Our cottage was beautiful and NEW with a small patio overlooking the lake. The Bed was comfortable and AC cooling. The wall fireplace added nice ambiance. The front desk called at 9 to say they were leaving for the night and to see if we needed anything. Close to the outlets. A wonderful place to stay! We will be coming back."

"They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person....

"I had a terrible experience at Paradise Stream Resort. I was looking for another hotel that same night, but the one I wanted was sold out, so I had no choice but to stay. The room was in unacceptable condition. I did not use the jacuzzi or the private pool because they were filthy. The pool paint was peeling, and the drain covers, which should have been white, were dark brown from dirt and neglect. I took photos and videos of everything. To make matters worse, the shower water came out dirty, so...

"The good: most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was refreshing. The bad: really bad food choices. Very expensive for what you get. Very poor communication of hours of the activities and of prices of things. I would not recommend and will not return to the resort."

There was a ton of breakfast choices too. Make your own waffles. Bagels, eggs, potatoes, donuts, cinnamon rolls, cereal, juices and coffee."
