"Stayed the night on route to Birmingham airport. Ideal location just off the motorway. Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice. Full English and continental available. Free parking is great."

"Cool room and great restaurants in hotel. Nice outdoor area. Gym is used for PT sessions at the busiest times so not ideal for hotel guests to use. The sockets in the room and some of the fixings in need of repair and tired. Bed too firm and the room was too dark overall"

"Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

"Good choice for travel as all night check-in, which is not the case for many places. The room was 26 Celsius all night, despite trying to turn the thermostat differently no window to be opened. Made it very uncomfortable. That was our only complaint. Average non-fancy room good for just a quick overnight stay while traveling wouldn’t stay here for a long period of time though as out by airport and no amenities"

"I was visiting family and this hotel was only 5 minutes away from the village they lived in. It was nice and quiet and i would say is more for people passing through. Not really for families with small children, however ideal for when on the road with a lot of travel to do as a pit stop Staff friendly and hotel clean."

"Mixed Experience – Great Location but Hygiene Needs Improve The hotel is very well located, which made getting around quite convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which we appreciated. However, the overall hygiene standards, particularly in the toilet, were below expectations. Additionally, the carpets in the reception area and corridors were quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. With some improvements in cleanliness...
