"The staff exhibited the utmost politeness, delightfulness, expediency, and professionalism. They were great. I asked the front desk for extra towels. They had someone deliver them to my room within a minute. The room bed was nice, wide, and comfortable. The lobby was a bit small, but it's really all about the rooms. The 60" TV was nice. "I stayed many times at the Abercorn in the early 2000 and especially enjoyed the English style Pub and Lounge and the excellent restaurant and this was my first time back there and will not go back. Room and staff were great, I just missed the ambience that was there before."

Located à short walk from The Story restaurant which we can recommend and the Canada line skytrain with regular trains to Downtown Vancouver. The complimentary airport shuttle worked well & the staff at reception were friendly & helpful"
