"Really enjoyed my stay at this historic hotel . Yes it is an older building but room was very clean. Staff friendly . The daily cleaning service was excellent. So nice to come back to a clean room after a day at the beach . Enjoyed breakfast each day - good variety of hot and cold foods plus fresh fruit ! Parking convenient and felt safe at the hotel . Families with kids to adults staying here - wide range of ages ! It was nice . Slept good , would stay again !"

"This is a quiet area after 10 pm. The condo had everywhere needed. The distance between the condo is maybe 750 feet. The sand on the path is deep. If you have mobility issues bring some old tennis shoes. Wagons are difficult. The staff for rented chairs/umbrellas were friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful. The only negative is the sand is very fine and gets everywhere. We cleaned the floor with a swifter provided every day. Washer and dryer was large and fast. We will be back!"

"Spent 5 days to celebrate my birthday and overall it was wonderful! The weather was bad but we still managed to enjoy ourselves. Staff was excellent, they accommodated us so much! Gave us extra parking spaces when available and extended my checkout. Property was clean, pool, grills and room, all good. The area is great for relaxing, walks, and plenty dinning options. Sunsets are gorgeous if you have clear skies and the beach is clean! P.s. if you rent via a third party you will get a room in...

"Beach access was less than a 5 minute walk! The condo was clean upon arrival. Very spacious. Loved the outdoor grill area and the lounge chairs on the bay side. The pool was smaller than expected but it was cozy."

"advertise as a swim bar, which it did not have. The bar upstairs on the rooftop was closed in the room beside it. They used to have breakfast in. There was nothing going on no entertainment or breakfast . just an empty space going to waste so there is no bar or food available. Everything else is very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were very nice and clean."

"Unexpected fee! When reserving a room NO ONE specifies the actual number of people for the reservation. This hotel is scamming people by charging $25 per person, per day. No where during my booking I saw that statement, but they allegedly have it on their website. Such a stupid thing, I can imagine the greater number of people affected by this; families with kids not specifying their actual party number. Will not be staying in this property again thats for sure"

"Free parking was easy, bar/restaurant downstairs was great. Location is convenient and allows for quick drives to beaches and easy walks to bars/restaurants downtown. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I was visiting St. Pete and willing to drive to the beaches. The building isn't the newest, but is clean and has a fun vibe. Can't beat it, especially for the price!"
