Hotel dekat Swope Park

"While the beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly this hotel is in need of some Serious updating! This had to have been another hotel rebranded as HIE or a terrible experiment at how to use leftover materials to construct a hotel interior! —Wallpaper peeling in hallways and in room, nothing matched. Uneven transitions between carpet and tile. Carpet was atrocious mismatch squares with odd textures, not comfortable at all. Whoever constructed the hotel had terrible workmanship....

"My kids and I left with bed bug bites, our room did not cool off..... the hotel reaked of marijuana. The first night the receptionist had a friend or someone there with her rolling joints on the lobby. The 2 this morning were outside smoking and on their cell phone complaining about another employee that worked at the hotel cursing left and right in front of my children. We will not be back"

"Hotel was very clean - was just after Argentina left so the hotel was still had their decor all over, but that was pretty cool. Room was great - except the AC wasn't consistent throughout the entire room, likely because of the rooms shape. Staff were very helpful, especially as it concerned parking. The day I left was the last day of free parking, though their back lot was not available during that time because of the break-down of the facility from Argentina's stay, so perhaps their back lot...

"Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!"

"I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best"

"We thoroughly enjoyed this place. This charming rental is comprised of Greek orthodox antebellum architecture, and even had a personal elevator to our room. The breakfasts were elegant and wonderful. We also really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Great choice!"

"This is a rebranded Drury Inn. The rooms were clean, but lobby and hallways were dated. Key Cards were not staying coded and heard other guests having the same issue. Booked two rooms through Expedia. On arrival was charged a $50 incidentals fee to my CC (not a preauthorization like most hotels) they said it would be refunded at checkout. I asked for a receipt to make sure I was charged what I was quoted and had record of the $100 refund, but was told I would get a receipt from Expedia even...
