"We had a room on level 1 with a river view. Pricey but worth it to celebrate 55 yrs of marriage. Refrigerator was spacious but lacked a freezer. Very quiet. Easy access to the river walking path. Restaurant was great and prices were reasonable, but when dinner was done it took 10 minutes after asking to get a box for our leftovers and another 15 minutes to get the check and pay"

"The first floor room eas large with a king bed, a large bathroom and kitchen with full sized stove, microwave, apartment sized fridge and sink. Bed was comfortable. Quiet area. No kitchenware in the kitchen. A quick trip to Walmart got a couple of bowls, plasticware, and paper towels. Still would stay there again. Great room for the price. things for breakfast. to"

"I was exhausted when I arrived the first night so I had no desire to complain. The room was worn but clean and serviceable. The room was larger than I expected which was nice. It came across rather sterile, but no complaint. The air conditioner was good but noisy and VERY cold even when I turned the temp up. The beds were lumpy and soft - but were serviceable considering how tired I was both nights. The shower shot a stream of water out of the bath all over the floor - but otherwise was fine. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant though it seemed like it had been a long day. Gave me a great suggestion for a place to eat. She also accommodated a last minute addition to my stay for which I was grateful. The property is a bit rough around the edges, but for the price it was a nice place to stay. My third night was in a different room - a bit smaller, but neater, more comfy, and a bit more serviceable."

"Very nice property! It was awesome to stay in for a few days. Just 10 minutes away to the Mesa Verde entrance and about 30 minutes to Durango. Mancos itself is also quite a gem in the Four Corners region! Would stay here again in the future!"
