"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."

"I cannot begin to explain how easy it was to stay at Bianca Capello. We arrived late at night from the Venice airport and the manager had left us very clear instructions to get in. We had absolutely no issues getting into our room and slept so soundly all nights we were there. Super comfy bed, AC, and we had the terrace room which was so nice to enjoy the mornings and evenings on. It’s so walkable to everywhere in Venice. Such a safe and quiet street too!
