"Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me out when asked. Hotel services were fast, on time, and the cleaning service was immaculate. They replace anything you need in your room like emptying trash, replacing towels, and changing bed sheets if desired. The property also offers restaurants and a shopping center which helped whenever I need to buy small amenities that I had forgotten at home. "Everything was very easy. The staff is kind and speaks very good english. The breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but enought. I just used it for sleep. The hotel has very good location. You can move everywhere very easy from there."

"A very convenient location and is about 3 subway stations if you want to go to Tokyo station for taking the shinkashen. Exit 1 of Monzen-Nakacho subway station has a lot of stairs to go to the ground level. If you carry luggage, would suggest to take Exit 2 which has elevator to the ground level and is just across the street at the ground level of Exit 1. "A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day.
