"Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. "What staff they had were very helpful but they are very understaffed. When checking in we had to wait quite a while for a bellman because they only had one on a holiday weekend. Hot water faucet was broken in the room we had to make three calls before it was fixed more than 24 hours into our stay. The pool area was nice indoors but the outdoor patio had piles of old carpet and construction debris. There's no security guarding the rooms or system in the elevator.
