"The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city. I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times....

"Clean room, helpful staff. Didn’t try the breakfast since it was expensive. They have a shuttle to the train station, then you have to take a train to the airport. The bathroom shower was a bit clogged, but it was alright. For the price $55 a night for me it was worth it."

"The Central Mini Hotel is a very inexpensive hotel with mini rooms. We are talking Spartan rooms....the bare necessities are met but for $50 to $65 USD you will get a room with a twin bed, two little pillows, free wifi, a little LED TV, a tiny bathroom with a toilet and a shower. They have toilet paper. There is a soap dispensary in the shower. Bring your own tooth brush and towel. Theto wel they give you is the thinnest bath towel ever and is a disposable towel, about the size of a pillow...

"Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport."
