"Ada 2 hotel yang bernama sama satu di kota Kyoto and satu lagi di Kameoka. Hotel ini terletak di Kameoka! Saya sekeluarga and banyak orang termasuk taxi drivers tidak tahu bedanya. Kita nyasar sampai jam 12am! Dan ini terletak di luar kota kyoto. Jadi harus jelas ketika tamu mau booking hotel ini karena pasti salah hotel. Hotel pun sadar and meminta maaf ketika kami check in jam 1am. And mereka memberi kita Sparkling Wine sebagai permintaan maaf. Services hotel sungguh memuaskan."

"Awesome Onsen. Quick check in. The two open air mineral baths were clean, comfortable and relaxing. The one with the huge lava rocks, natural greenery and small waterfall on the 5th floor was my favorite. On the 11th floor the afternoon and evening it was gently raining and sitting in the Onsen with rain coming down made me feel one with the rain and hot water. "Excellent hosts. Rooms very clean and well maintained. You need to be comfortable sleeping on tatami mat floor on a futon but it was part of the experience in visiting Japan for us. We did not try the food as we wanted to explore the cuisine in the town. Great location that was walkable to many sites and the shopping district and easily accessible to transit."

"Beautiful ryokan in a great location! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the entire place is very very clean, only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable for a forigners standards the futon cushion is almost non existent and you will feel like sleeping on hard floor with an uncomfortable pillow.. but otherwise amazing experence! "The property is outstanding and the staff are very willing to help if you are amenable to no chairs in the room and only sitting on the floor. Also the room has no shower, so you either must use shower during your private time or if you miss you time slot you have no choice but to use it during public time. For ladies two showers, so at worse you will share with one other person."
