"First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. A burned out light, pressure in the sink was too high and splashed me. Worst was the toilet thatdidn't flush. I has to reach into the tank and flush it manually. Maintenance "fixed" it the first day by bending the flush arm instead of replacing it. It "worked for less than a day. They couldn't move me since they were full until the 3rd...

"No hair dryer in room, noise level high if not staying on top floor, no hot water in sink, shower had low pressure, need better grab bars in shower-floor very slippery and A/C did not perform well-cutoff and fan would not come on.
