There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff."

"Great food, amenities, events by the pool during the day and in the lawn in the evenings. Plenty of activities for kids so the beach remained pretty peaceful and not crowded. Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach. There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool). "
