"The staff was very nice but there was a huge mix up in billing us, the deposit fees are quite ridiculously priced for what the inn offered, other inns have been way more pricy and lower deposits. The amenities consisted of only shampoo and soap but no conditioner or lotion. Everything else was fine and the beds were very comfortable just a bit of a struggle throughout our stay unfortunately!"

Should have just let us check in earlier; that would have alleviated the huge wait. Nice and clean room which was a plus."

"The Line is a new wave hipster hotel, relatively recent construction using the bare cement decor reminiscent of low security prisons. Desk staff and valets were incredibly helpful - as they should have been for a $65/day parking fee and an undisclosed (until checkout) "amenity fee" of $38 per day, altogether adding more than $300 to a 3-day stay at an already healthy day rate of about $240. The only scrap of floor space not filled with our king sized bed and attached useless desk was occupied...
